“We absolutely LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! From the amazingly friendly/helpful staff to the AMAZING ROOM. Our room was so clean and nice. There was a window seat for our dog to sit at and watch the prairie dogs♥️he was so entertained by them. The breakfast in the morning was great. We walked across the parking lot to get dinner at Red Robin. We did take out but you could sit on the patio with your dog if you wanted. Shout out to Microtel Inn & Suites your place was AMAZING!!! We will be back!!!”

“Comfortable Stay with Great Service and Amenities! I had a great experience staying at the MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites in Lubbock. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The lobby and common areas were clean, stylish, and inviting. My room was spacious and very comfortable. “Spacious, modern room and lobby. Walk in shower, which we prefer. Very good breakfast, including plain yogurt, nuts and "everything" bagels, all of which are rare!”

“It was very comfortable. The bed was awesome. The A/C worked great. It was clean. The only complaint was breakfast was a little lean. It would have been nice if they were to give you the option of 2 pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast. Other than that it was great.”
