Hotel a Panhandle Plains

“Excellent”

“ The floor had no carpet so was very cold and also dirty. There was no ice machine and no place to get hot water for tea. The staff was never at the front desk and had to be called if something was needed. The maids never came into the room for the three days we were there so the trash can was running over. The pet deposit was three times higher than anyplace we've ever stayed. There wasn't even a continental breakfast. My husband left a voice message on the phone because staff didn't answer...

“The handicap accessible suite was very thoughtfully designed and afforded privacy as well. The beds were very comfy, the room clean and the pet area was excellent. Kudos to your staff member named “Rita” she was exceptionally helpful at 2:00 am trying to find quarters to exchange for my use of the washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this hotel ”

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...
